You might notice that after sending EMS Custom Notification it is not being delivered as a text (SMS) notification to recipients' AlertFind phone numbers.

Even though you might be using AlertFind - EMS Integration, EMS Custom notification is used to test EMS Continuity activation notification or send simple email notifications for EMS. More about EMS Custom Notifications. It is not connected to AlertFind in any way and is using contact details specified by users in EMS. Therefore you shouldn't use it as means of notification, use AlertFind portal notifications instead.
