Overview

If you are sending AlertFind voice notifications you might notice that AlertFind stops notifying users after 1 attempt, however system is configured for several retries.

Information

This might be a result of a successfully left voice mail. Voice notifications stop after voice mail because multiple call attempts might result in multiple identical voice mails which is considered too aggressive by recipients. Voice notifications will be retried in case call will be abruptly terminated without confirmation or a voice mail.
