If you are using AlertFind SmartContact to collect and configure contact cell phones, you might also want to collect and configure SMS devices.

Information

AlertFind SmartContact is configured to collect cell phone device information which is used to send only voice notifications in AlertFind. Other AlertFind devices including SMS devices are not supported at the moment and will be added in the future. More about AlertFind SmartContact and its' configuration.

This feature request is already with the product development team for consideration.

Please note that AlertFind is not considering feature requests for the foreseeable future. That said, we will still submit enhancement requests so that they are on the radar once enhancement requests are being considered. It is important to note that while Alertfind is currently not slated to get any new features in the near future, it has not been abandoned. We are currently focusing on strengthening the code base of the product and after that we would start working on the enhancement requests.
