If you are utilizing SmartContact to collect and configure AlertFind contact information you might want to check reports to find out when exactly email bump communication was initiated.

Information

Currently, SmartContact reports do not show time and date of sent email bumps. You set days intervals when configuring SmartContact.

This feature request is already with the product development team for consideration.

Please note that AlertFind is not considering feature requests for the foreseeable future. That said, we will still submit enhancement requests so that they are on the radar once enhancement requests are being considered. It is important to note that while Alertfind is currently not slated to get any new features in the near future, it has not been abandoned. We are currently focusing on strengthening the code base of the product and after that we would start working on the enhancement requests.
