Unable to Login to AlertFind - User has been Disabled after Removal from Company's Roster Import

Overview

You might be trying to log in with account credentials that were previously confirmed as functional but AlertFind portal is responding with "Sorry, we were unable to authenticate those credentials. Please check your organizational email address, and your password, then try again." error and you are unable to authenticate the account.

Prerequisites

You are utilizing roster import to update your user data.

Solution

If your user was a part of roster import and has been removed from the import, user will be disabled in AlertFind.

  1. Check that user is still being imported with your roster update and hasn't been disabled in AlertFind because of deletion from your roster.
  2. Add user back if you would like to utilize this profile which has been disabled because of deletion.
  3. Wait for the next import run or trigger it manually if required.

Testing

Try to log in to the AlertFind portal again.

  1. Open AlertFind portal URL depending on the datacenter you were assigned to:
  2. Input username and password.
  3. Confirm that you are authenticated successfully.
