Why Was My Automated Import Delayed?

Overview

You have configured scheduled, automated imports of your AlertFind roster and notice that it was run after its scheduled time and you want to determine the reason why. If you check the logs you may find the following error: connect ECONNREFUSED xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:443 where xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx represents the IP address of a system AlertFind is attempting to connect to.


Information

This error indicates a temporary connectivity issue. Support monitors imports and takes action to correct issues and manually import the roster in these cases. Typically, these connectivity issues are temporary and are resolved by the next scheduled import. If you find that the issues are persistent, please open a ticket with Support.
