You might notice that roster import is not happening and contact information is not being synced if the password that is utilized by AlertFind workflow connector to connect to your system and export data for roster import has changed.
Information
Provide the updated password along with username to AlertFind support. Due to security reasons, we recommend providing access details through dedicated encrypted channels.

Solution
- Get customer ID.
- Provide updated credentials to Professional Service by creating a JIra ticket under JVPROFSVCS project along with Customer ID and Backend ID.

Testing
Wait for the next daily roster import to verify and contact information has been updated in AlertFind.
