Overview
If you are importing your users' data using roster import and assigning admin role based on the name of groups, you might notice that admin role has been lost after a recent roster import.
Information
This might be a result of a changed group value used for admin role assignment in your roster CSV file. Confirm that value is correct with the person responsible for the CSV file upload or contact support.
While the issue is being fixed you can ask AlertFind admin or contact support to assign the admin role manually before the next import. Note that any import with an incorrect value will revoke admin rights again.

In case workflow connector should be stopped to avoid admin rights revocation before CSV file is fixed or customer needs their CSV file - Jira ticket should be created under JVPROFSVCS project to escalate it to Professional Services Team.
