Overview

If your company is importing AlertFInd Broadcast Groups using roster import and has recently updated names for some divisions represented in AlertFind as Broadcast Groups you might want to change their name in your roster file and AlertFInd.

You can contact support and provide an updated CSV file with renamed broadcast groups.

Prerequisites

• EPA Admin or EPA Management role.
• Customer has been importing broadcast groups using roster import in their CSV file before.

Update the map file (update member_of1 function value which is mapped to CSV file row['column name']) to represent group name changes requested by customer.

Testing

Wait for the next automated roster import or trigger manual import/simulated import to check those broadcast groups were renamed.
