Overview

If you are using roster import to import teams into AlertFind, you might want to set import to remove teams missing from the roster file.

Information

If you were not previously deleting teams from your AlertFind instance in case they were removed from the roster file you might want to correct import behavior. Contact support to get a list of teams pending deletion after the update and confirm your decision.

Prerequisites

• Customer is importing teams using roster import.
• MAP file has the following record missingTeamBehavior='NO_ACTION' which keeps teams missing from AlertFind roster import file.
• EPA Admin or EPA Management role.

Solution Steps

• Update the map file options under [__global__] section missingTeamBehavior='DELETE'.
• Simulate roster import and send a list of deleted teams from import results email to customer for confirmation before proceeding with import commit.
