Overview

If you have recently acquired new employees and offices you might want to add them as new users and broadcast groups to your roster import.

Information

If you were not previously adding broadcast groups using roster file import you can utilize this option to assign your broadcast groups for AlertFInd users. Contact support and provide an updated CSV file with added users and an additional column for broadcast groups assignment, e. g. "Broadcast Group".

Prerequisites

• EPA Admin or EPA Management role.
• The customer hasn't been importing broadcast groups using roster import in their CSV file before.

Update the map file (utilize member_of1 function which will be mapped to row['Broadcast Group'] value).

Testing

Wait for the next automated roster import or trigger manual import/simulated import to check those new users were added and assigned to their broadcast groups.
