If you are using automated roster import using file upload, you might receive multiple emails regarding failing file upload, while import is finishing correctly.

Check that data is being updated in AlertFind to confirm that emails are false-positive and contact support as this might be a result of a migration to a new import server. Attach an email example to the support case.

Check roster import results and if such emails are false-positive, submit a ticket to Professional Services Team using JVPROFSVCS Jira project with an email example provided by the customer.
