If you are using AlertFind automated roster import you might notice that it hasn't happened on a particular date and user data hasn't been updated.

Check roster import history log to see if you can find any additional details there, you can also attempt to manually upload roster to check if it works. If not, this might be related to an ongoing database update on the backend. Please contact support to confirm.

Confirm if import is currently working using steps above, check recently opened Jira tickets related to AlertFind and escalate to Development using MOAFCID Jira Project.
