Automated Roster Import is not Happening due to Connector Issues

Overview

If you are using automated AlertFind import you might notice that even though the file has been uploaded, account data hasn't been updated automatically.

Information

This might happen due to connector issues and need to be addressed by our Professional Services Team.

Solution

Try manual import to confirm that issue is not related to roster settings and check MAP file notes for recent updates. If there is any indication that issue is related to connector you will need to escalate issue to the Professional Services team with Customer ID and Backend ID using JVPROFSVCS Jira project.

When the issue will be fixed wait for the next automated roster import.
