If you are utilizing AlertFind automated roster import using Workday connector you might notice that users who should have been removed are still present.

This might be a result of an inefficient automated roster import schedule. Contact support to resolve this issue.

Solution
Analyze roster import schedule by checking import history dates on AlertFind portal under Application Settings > Data Management Settings. If the update schedule is not frequent enough, e. g. running weekly instead of daily - you will need to escalate the issue to Professional Services Team using JVPROFSVCS Jira project.
