Overview
If you are using an AD connector for AlertFInd roster import, you might notice that the workflow to import users into Alertfind is failing as it times out after around 3 hours.
Information
This might occur because number of items your sync from your Directory has significantly increased and the LDAP connector can't handle so much data. If you are syncing the whole Directory, try to consider filtering, syncing only enabled users, and excluding contacts from the roster. Contact support to reconfigure AD connector.
