Overview

You might be changing your Active Directory endpoint IP which is used for AlertFInd roster import Integration in case your ISP is changing or for some other reason. This IP address is used to export AlertFind roster data from your Active Directory.

Information

To change the endpoint on our side we will need the following information from you:

1. IP address of the new endpoint.
2. Port number.
3. AD username and password along with domain (to establish a new connector).

You will need to whitelist inbound connections from our IPs on your firewall.
