Overview

If you are using Azure Active Directory as a source of user data for AlertFind you might want to only sync Enabled users and exclude users flagged as Disabled from your AD synchronization.

Information

Contact support and provide name of the field in Microsoft Graph which is responsible for the Enabled flag in your Azure Active Directory. Please check with your AD Administrator. By default it is

accountEnabled=$true.

Escalate the issue to Professional Services using JVPROFSVCS  Jira project, mentioning the flag which will be used to filter enabled/disabled users.
