Overview
You might notice that text (SMS) notifications have hotline confirmation prompts "...or call +XXXX to reply.", if you are using Hotline feature. You might want to remove those prompts and allow only direct responses.

If you would like to remove Hotline prompts from your SMS notifications you will need to contact support in order to disable the Hotline feature.

Solution
Prerequisites:
- EPA Admin or EPA Management Permissions.
- Hotline feature enabled.
- Get customers confirmation and notify them that the Hotline feature is going to be disabled for the instance, there is no other way to remove SMS messages.
Steps

Log in to AlertFind
Open AlertFind portal URL depending on the datacenter you were assigned to: - Input username and password.
- Impersonate customer's instance.
- Click Application Settings link.
- Click Edit button.
- Locate and uncheck Allow Hotline access to checkbox under Notification Parameters.
- Click Save button.
- Recommend customer to allow 30 mins till the feature is disabled and prompt is removed.
