If your company is using AlertFind web portal you might want to change its' URL to a branded with your company one, e. g. yourcompany.alertfind.com instead of classic AlertFind URLs for different data centers:

• https://plano.alertfind.com
• https://chicago.alertfind.com
• https://london.alertfind.com

Contact support and provide a subdomain you would like to use, typically it is your domain name *.alertfind.com/

Prerequisites

• Customer's Data Center (Plano, Chicago, or London).
• Customer's domain they would like to add to *.alertfind.com.

Solution Steps

Create a Jira ticket for SaaS Operation according to the routing table requesting to create %COMPANY%.alertfind.com CNAME pointing to %DATACENTER%.alertfind.com. It is requested by %CUSTOMERNAME%.
