Overview

When using AlertFind hotline you might need to check which hotline numbers were assigned to you in AlertFInd.

Prerequisites

Admin role.

Solution

1. Log in AlertFind portal.
2. Open AlertFind portal URL depending on the datacenter you were assigned to:
   
   • https://plano.alertfind.com
   • https://chicago.alertfind.com
   • https://london.alertfind.com
3. Input username and password.
4. Click Application Settings.
5. Check the Hotline Number(s) section.

You can also check numbers assigned to different customers if you log in AlertFind with EPA Admin or Management role under Hotline Phone Numbers menu.
