Overview
When the Azure Active Directory (AD) account used by AlertFind to connect to the Azure AD has Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) enabled, the AlertFind Azure AD Connector will be unable to pull data causing synchronization to fail.
Solution
- To resolve this issue, modify the service account used by AlertFind so that Multi-Factor Authentication is not enabled.
Once MFA is disabled the AlertFind Azure AD connector will be able to connect and synchronize user data.
