Overview

You might have noticed that when you send a text (SMS) notification it requires a 2-digit response code from a recipient to confirm. You might want to make codes shorter for the convenience of notification recipients or to align responses with the Hotline response codes.

Information

Text response codes consist of as few as 2 digits where possible (there used to be 6-digit codes in the past). These 2 digits are required to identify recipient's response to notification in case of multiple active notifications for the same phone number. Therefore it is not possible to make the text response codes shorter.
