Overview
You have noticed that while replying to an AlertFInd notification using a text (SMS) message and by calling a Hotline number confirmation codes are different. You might want to align them with the Hotline response codes for the recipient's convenience.

Text (SMS) response codes are different from the Hotline confirmation codes because Hotline response codes are recorded when AlertFind has already recognized both targeted user and triggered notification (AlertFind Hotline is reading notification using text-to-speech and asks to respond by pressing a phone button). In the case of SMS response, users might be replying to different active notifications at the same time, so their phone number along with the code is used to determine, which notification they are replying to, which makes it impossible to make codes for different communication channels identical.
