Overview
If you are sending AlertFind email notification you might notice that it is not being delivered and received by recipients.
Solution
This might be a result of a recipient's mailbox spam protection filtering email sent with a company domain in FROM address as they originate from IPs different from companies mail services. Check if notification is being sent with a company domain name or @alertfind domain name FROM address. If a problem occurs with a company domain name only, then you will need to contact your system administrator to find out what email protection is in place and how to configure it to be aligned with AlertFind.
