Check notification log to confirm that notification execution hasn't stopped after cancellation and contact support as this might be a result of a back-end issue. Provide the following information for troubleshooting:

• Which user and when canceled the notification.
• Example of users notified after cancellation.

Confirm in notification log that AlertFind is notifying after cancellation and escalate the issue to Development Team using MOAFCID Jira project mentioning the following:

• Backend Name (Plano, Chicago, London).
• Customer ID.
• Notification ID & Name.
• Which user and when canceled the notification.
• Example of users notified after cancellation.
