If you are sending AlertFind SMS text messages you might not receive them on your phone, while other users are able to receive them.

Information

Confirm if other devices are able to receive SMS notifications and check notification log for your SMS device. If notification status is SMS Phone: SMS delivered to carrier:

• Check that correct SMS device number is displayed in notification log;
• Contact your carrier for assistance.  If it's a company-owned device and others are having the same issue, this might be an issue with your corporate telecom group having requested that the numbers be blocked from "bulk senders".
