Unable to Add the Same Recipient in Notification List Twice after a Delay

Overview

If you are creating an AlertFind notification you might notice that you are not able to add the same recipient twice after adding a delay.

Information

This might be an AlertFind User Interface bug that should be escalated to our Development Team. Contact support to resolve this issue. Meanwhile, this can be worked around by adding a user to a broadcast group which in turn can be added after a delay.

Solution Steps

Confirm issue on demo instance and escalate it as a bug to the Development Team according to the routing table.
