Overview

If a team leader is trying to send an AlertFind notification they might notice that they are not able to send it.

Solution

This issue might be caused by the lack of Send Permissions for the team leader in question. More about Team Leader permissions.

1. Log in to AlertFind.
   Open AlertFind portal URL depending on the datacenter you were assigned to:
   • https://plano.alertfind.com
   • https://chicago.alertfind.com
   • https://london.alertfind.com
2. Input username and password.
3. Click Users.
   
4. ​Input Name to filter users list and find team leader who is not able to send notification.
   
5. Double-click on the name.
6. Switch to Teams tab.
   
7. Click on the target Team which is going to be notified.
8. Click View Permissions button.
   
9. Click Edit button.
10. Check Send Notification checkbox.
    
11. Click Save button.
12. Click OK button.
