Overview

You might want to send a notification that only notifies the first available device in user's personal escalation list and stops afterwards.

Prerequisites

• Admin or Team Leader role.

Solution

1. Log in to AlertFind
   • Open AlertFind portal URL depending on the datacenter you were assigned to:
     
     • https://plano.alertfind.com
     • https://chicago.alertfind.com
     • https://london.alertfind.com
2. Input username and password.
3. Click Compose (Advanced).
4. Click Delete button under Response Editor to delete all available responses.
   ​
5. Click Escalation Override button.
   ​
6. Select Skip specified devices in each personal device escalation radio-button.
7. Optionally mark devices you would like to skip intentionally.
8. Select Recipients, Input Subject, Message, and use any other required options.
9. Click Send button.
