AlertFind Access hasn't been Blocked After Contract Expiration

You might notice that your AlertFind access hasn't been blocked even though the target contract expiration date has already passed and you are expecting access to be disabled.

Solution

Confirm contract expiration/decommission date for the customer in previously opened tickets and if the date has passed - block AlertFInd access. If you were not able to find and resolve the reason why decommission process failed - contact the Account Management team for clarification.
