Overview
If you are sending AlertFInd notifications and recipients reply to you outside of AlertFind you might want to record a response on behalf of a user.
Solution
Prior to using these steps you need to contact support to enable "Allow Administrators and Team Leaders to respond on-behalf-of a notification's recipients" option.
- Click Sent Notifications.
- Double-click the notification in question.
- Open All Recipients tab.
- Click on required user.
- Click Respond on behalf of button to select required response option.
