Overview

If you are sending AlertFInd notifications and recipients reply to you outside of AlertFind you might want to enable your Admins and Team Leaders to Respond on behalf of recipients.

Contact support to enable "Allow Administrators and Team Leaders to respond on-behalf-of a notification's recipients" option.

Prerequisites

EPA Admin or EPA Management role.

Solution Steps

1. Impersonate Customer's AlertFind Instance.
2. Click Application Settings.
3. Click Edit button.
4. Locate Confirmation Options under Company Information section.
5. Check Allow Administrators and Team Leaders to respond on behalf of a notification's recipients checkbox.
6. Click Save button.
