Overview
You might get multiple reports from users who were not able to listen to voice notifications after pressing 1 because calls were being disconnected.
Information
Check call logs, if you will find "Call Error: VXML Dialog Critical Failure" in the log file, the issue will need to be addressed by our Development Team. Please contact support for escalation.
Solution
Collect the following data and escalate the issue to the Development Team using MOAFCID Jira project.
- Customer ID
- Backend ID
- Notification ID
- Team
- Notification date
- Error.
Testing
Send a voice notification to users who reported the issue to confirm that fix is working.
