Overview
An AlertFind User reports that they did not receive a call. Investigating the logs reveals that the system recorded 'Call rejected' when the call was made and you would like to know what caused this.

When AlertFind reports that the call was rejected there are usually two possibilities:
- The end-user rejected the call
- The end-user's mobile services provider was experiencing temporary network issues
Send a test alert to the user to see if the issue persists. If there is no error in the result log then most likely the user's mobile provider is experiencing issues. Advise the user to contact their mobile provider.
