Overview

You create a Team in AlertFind with 500 users that has 2 Broadcast Groups that have 250 users each. When the Team Leaders in charge of each Broadcast Group check the Devices Report they see 500 users instead of 250.

Solution

The Devices Report operates at the Team level. Therefore, the report will return results for all users on the Team, not just the Team Leader's Broadcast Group.
