Overview
If you are trying to log in to AlertFind after a few months you might notice that you are unable to log in with credentials you have used before and the password reset link doesn't work.
Prerequisites
Admin permissions.
Information
Ask any available admin in your organization to follow the same steps used to get username and password for a newly created user, if there are no available AlertFind admins in your company - contact support.

Provide the following information to the customer:
- Data Center URL:
- Password:
- Username:
Recommend changing the password after the first successful log-in attempt to avoid security issues.
