Overview
When you attempt to access the AlertFind Status page at status.alertfind.com you are presented with a page that says, "Service Unavailable" followed by "The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later."
Solution
If you encounter this issue and have not been advised of any scheduled maintenance, please open a support ticket for us to restore the service.

- Escalate to SaaS Ops
- Advise the client when SaaS Ops confirms that the site is back online and you are able to verify
