Overview
You want to implement DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail) in AlertFind to ensure that your messages are not altered in transit.
Solution
- Open a Support ticket and request implementation of DKIM
- Our SaaS Ops Team will generate the necessary DKIM Key and provide it to you to implement in your DNS records
- After you have implemented the changes in your DNS records, let us know so the SaaS Ops Team can deploy the necessary keys in our data center
After the DKIM keys are implemented in your DNS and our data center your messages are sent using DKIM.

Create a change request for the SaaS team to configure DKIM for the customer using the Runbook for this task (GDoc version).
After DKIM is deployed, make sure that the From Email for the customer's instance matches the requested domain, send a test notification to your work email and then verify that DKIM has passed by clicking on three vertical dots icon in the email -> Show Original -> Check SPF and DKIM should have PASS values.
