This might be a result of an SSL certificate problem on our side. Contact support and provide notification time and date along with a screenshot of SMS reply from your phone.

Solution Steps
As this might be an SSL certificate problem causing the issue, it should be escalated to SaaS Team as a SaaS Incident under CENTRAL project with the following information:
- Customer Name
- Customer ID
- Back End ID
- Notification Time and Date
- Notification ID
- Screenshot as proof of SMS confirmation which wasn't recorded.
