Overview

You have sent an AlertFind SMS notification and responded to it via SMS but your response hasn't been recorded and notification escalation hasn't stopped.

Information

This might be a result of an SSL certificate problem on our side. Contact support and provide notification time and date along with a screenshot of SMS reply from your phone.

Solution Steps

As this might be an SSL certificate problem causing the issue, it should be escalated to SaaS Team as a SaaS Incident under CENTRAL project with the following information:

  • Customer Name
  • Customer ID
  • Back End ID
  • Notification Time and Date
  • Notification ID
  • Screenshot as proof of SMS confirmation which wasn't recorded.
