Overview

You have uploaded a new CSV file under your folder on the SFTP server/site and would like your roster to be updated with this new file.

Information

The roster update process has been automated. It runs daily and if a file is available in the folder, it is automatically imported into the system. There is no need to send email or contact the support team after uploading the file to the SFTP server requesting to update the roster.
