After Emailing Your Roster to AlertFind You Receive an Error

Overview

You have been updating your Roster by emailing af.support@aurea.com but are now receiving the following error message: Mailbox unavailable. The server response was: 5.7.54 SMTP; Unable to relay recipient in non-accepted domain.


Information

This method of importing Roster files has been discontinued. In order to simplify the process, you can upload your Roster to your AlertFind SFTP folder for automated processing. Please contact Support if you need assistance in accessing or configuring the automation of your SFTP folder.
