You might notice that your automated roster import process is failing if workflow ADP authentication information is missing or configured incorrectly. This might be a result of authentication certificate expiration.

Contact Support Team to open a ticket which will be escalated to our Professional Services Team for resolution and prepare to provide authentication information you provided when automated roster import was initially configured. This might include

Solution
Confirm that roster import is failing by checking import history and escalate the issue to the Professional Services Team by creating a JIra ticket under JVPROFSVCS project.
