Overview

You want to create a Notification with two responses, 'I'm available' and 'I'm not available' and you want to limit the first selection to 10, but have no limits on the second. Within a Notification different Response options can have different Response Limits set.

Solution

1. Follow the steps to Create a Response with the Notification Editor for each Response
   
   
2. For the 'I'm Available' Response, set the Response Limit to 10 and set Response Limit Handling and Allow Response Data to 'On'
   
   
3. For the 'I'm not available' Response, leave the Response Limit blank and set Response Limit Handling to 'Off' and Allow Response Data to 'On'

After 10 people have responded 'I'm available' the system will inform any other Responders who indicate they are available that the limit has been reached. However, an unlimited number of people will be able to respond 'I'm not available.'
