Overview
If you are going to use AlertFind to send notifications or need a hotline in languages other than English you might want to enable support for those languages by purchasing a language pack.

Contact your Account Manager by sending an email to renewals@aurea.com.

Prerequisites
- EPA Admin or EPA Management role.
- Request from Account Management that customer has purchased a language pack and it should be activated.
Solution Steps
- Impersonate Customer's AlertFind Instance.
- Click Application Settings.
- Click Edit.
- Scroll Down to Notification Parameters.
- Check checkboxes against required language pack(s) in Authorized Voice(S) section.
- Click Save.
